Tattoo Removal Laser Treatment.
We utilize medical-grade lasers to safely target unwanted tattoos with ultra-short pulses of amplified light. These light pulses are absorbed by the tattoo pigment, breaking the ink into tiny fragments. The body’s immune cells then eliminate these fragments through natural waste pathways, causing the ink to fade away.
This method is significantly safer and less invasive than older treatments like excision or salabrasion, which often resulted in scarring and prolonged discomfort.
Our laser equipment employs cutting-edge technology to remove ink colors by emitting pulses of energy into the skin.
At Greensthetics, our laser treatment precisely targets ink while sparing unmarked tissue. This approach leads to clearer skin with fewer treatments, achieving superior and faster results without causing damage to the surrounding skin.
PRE-TREATMENT: It is crucial to refrain from sun exposure or using tanning beds for a minimum of 4 weeks before and during your treatment regimen. Exposure to sunlight can heighten the risk of skin burning, blistering, and pigment changes, including post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (darkening) or hypopigmentation (lightening).
Avoid applying fake tans before your treatment and ensure the treatment area is free from any artificial pigments, such as makeup, on the day of your appointment.
POST-TREATMENT: Following laser treatment, applying a cream enriched with Hyaluronic Acid and antioxidants, provides essential healing benefits. We recommend applying this cream to the treated area at least twice daily for 7 days post-treatment.
Your technician may apply a protective dressing to prevent irritation from clothing rubbing against the treated area. It is advisable to wear loose clothing to your appointments to minimize friction.
To reduce the risk of blistering, ice the treated area for 10 minutes every 30 minutes within the first 5 hours post-treatment. Proper cooling significantly lowers the likelihood of blister formation. If a blister does occur, do not puncture or drain it; allow it to heal naturally to avoid potential scar tissue that could impact treatment results.
For at least 48 hours after treatment, avoid hot showers, baths, pools, spas, steam rooms, saunas, and vigorous exercise, or until the treated areas no longer feel warm or irritated.
During your consultation, your technician will provide detailed post-treatment care instructions tailored to your specific needs.
